We have each experienced prejudice. But, we were strong and could handle it. Then, it happened to our children. They came home crying because of what someone said. They were left out because of someone's preconceptions. They didn't get the position because of someone's bigotry.
We knew it had to change - for our children - for our grandchildren. We want them to grow up in a world were they are free to be who they are, given an equitable chance, and recognized for their contribution no matter their ethnicity.
In which everyone has opportunities not based on the color of their skin, but the content of their character. A future in which our children and grandchildren can pursue their dreams without concern for limitations based on ethnicity, color, or creed. We start with a survey to establish your baseline metrics. Then, we work with you to implement charge through group trainings.
We work with your human resources group to establish processes and procedures consistent with your commitment to inclusion, diversity, equity, and access.
