Our mission is to deliver organizational training and development that empowers participants to fulfill their potential and aspirations. We coach and advise leaders on ways to nurture and grow their organizational culture to be more diverse and inclusive, embracing the talents and capacities of all their stakeholders.

Our Team

Denise Strong, PhD

Denise Strong holds a Doctorate in Public Administration. Dr. Strong has over 20 years’ experience as an educator and administrator. She has dealt with diversity, inclusion and equity issues related to housing, employment, higher education, non-profit organizations and community health.

Bernadette Mills

Bernadette Pierre Mills holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and a Master of Public Administration. Ms. Mills has experience as a management consultant in diversity, consensus building and, conflict resolution.

Valeri Bocage

Valeri Bocage is the Founder and CEO of Powerful Women International Connections, where her efforts are making an impact on the success of many women humanitarian leaders and projects around the globe. Described as “an invaluable advisor” by some and “a guiding light for leaders” by others,” her ability to empower and guide leaders to greatness and help positively change communities flows naturally from a casual conversation with Valeri to her Keynote Speeches.

Aletha Strong

Aletha Strong's purpose is being in service to cause transformation, her mission is expanding ideas, people, and organizations. Aletha is a trained communicator and strong leader. Her organizational expertise and ability to work with all sides during difficult conversations make her a true asset to any team.

John Schell, PhD

John Schell holds a Doctorate in Chemical Engeenering. Dr. Schell has over 20 years experience working with start-ups and small businesses to address intellectual property, business organizational, and talent aquisition.
